Dr. Linda Zhang

Dr Linda Zhang graduated with her dentistry degree from Hebei Medical College in 1988. She continued her education by studying dental implantation techniques at the Beijing University School of Stomatology. She has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years, including working at the China-Japan Friendship Hospital.

Along with her extensive experience in cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Zhang has years of general dentistry experience including: restorative dentistry，simple and complex extraction，root canal therapy，periodontal treatment，porcelain crowns, and bridge work.

Dr. Li Qin

Dr Qin Li brings over 28 years of OB/GYN clinical experience to Vista Medical Center. She is highly qualified and experienced with common OB/GYN diseases and performs routine clinic operations.  Dr Qin also has extensive experience in the management and treatment of infertility cases.

Dr. Qin obtained her medical degree from Bethune Medical University in 1986. She did her residency at the Third Teaching Hospital of Peking University Medical School, where she also completed her fellowship program and earned her certification as an OB/GYN Ultrasound Specialist.

Prior to joining Vista, she was the attending physician in OB/GYN at the Third Teaching Hospital of Peking University Medical School. She has attended several training courses in ultrasonography in The United States, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Dr. Victor Zhang

Dr Victor Zhang graduated from Beijing Medical University in 1998. He went on to complete his residency in Internal Medicine at the People’s Hospital of Peking University, and Cardiology at FuWai Heart Hospital. Dr Zhang then worked for 7 years in the Cardiology Department at FuWai Heart Hospital.

From 2005 to 2011 Dr Zhang expanded his experience by working as an ER and flight physician for International SOS.

Dr Zhang has an extensive background and knowledge in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and Cardiology.

Dr. Gary Sackrison

Gary Sackrison, M.D. is a Board Certified Family Practice Physician from the United States of America. He graduated in 1991 with honors from Loma Linda University Medical School in Loma Linda, California. He went on to complete his Family Practice residency training at the University of Minnesota in 1994.

Dr. Sackrison is an award winning physician known for his compassionate and caring manner. He has been honored to receive recognition as one of the best family practice physicians in Dallas, Texas on numerous occasions. He also has the distinction of being one of the top physicians in patient satisfaction. Along with his private practice experience of over 20 years, Dr. Sackrison has worked with the famous Cooper Clinic providing preventative health care and executive physicals for Fortune 500 companies. He served as the Medical Director of Custom Care Hospice, is certified by Healogics in wound care management, and was appointed as the Chairman of Family Practice at Presbyterian Hospital of Plano, Texas.

Dr. Sackrison offers high quality care for the whole family. He specializes in primary care, preventative medicine, and health education.

Dr. Richard Chen

Dr Richard Chen graduated from Capital University of Medical Sciences in 1994. From 1994 to 1998, he worked as a thoracic (chest) surgeon in Beijing Tong Ren Hospital. Dr Chen joined an international medical assistance company in 1998 where he gained invaluable experience.

He went to the USA in 2002, and passed the United States Medical Licensing Examinations. He holds a certificate in ECFMG (Educational Commission for Foreigner Medical Graduates) and also has worked in various American hospitals and clinics. Dr Chen has many years of clinical experience and a strong background in family medicine and surgery.

From 2005 to 2008, he worked as a post doctorate fellow in a research lab at Stanford Medical School and published several papers in peer-reviewed journals focusing on hyperlipidemia. He joined Vista in 2008.

Dr. Ping Jiang

Director Ping Jiang worked at the Pharmacy Department of a Third-level Grade-A hospital and a foreign medical institution. He possesses solid pharmacological knowledge; acquaints dose safety standards; has over 10 years of working and management experience in pharmacy; is expert in diagnosis according to the disease condition, providing patients with right method of medicine application and with travel health consultation.

In 2003, Mr. Ping jointed Vista Medical Center. He has been attaching importance to domestically and internationally industry dynamics; keeping close contact with well-known drug firms and pharmacists association, maintaining close cooperation relations with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), WHO, China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) and other organizations. He has the capacity to timely acquire the latest information. Many years of experience allow Mr. Ping to enjoy his original opinion in clinical medicine and to provide Chinese and English services for patients.

Dr. Jie Li

Dr. Li Jie graduated in the Department of Pediatrics of the Peking Union Medical College. She was a former editor of the Chinese Journal for Clinicians; an evaluation expert for the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC); an assessment expert for the scientific research projects of the Ministry of Health; a medical accident appraisal Expert for Chaoyang Medical Association. She specializes in the field of pediatric respiratory diseases, pediatric emergency and children health care.

Dr. Li Jie worked as a resident and chief physician at the Department of Internal Medicines-Pediatrics in the Capital Institute of Pediatrics. She has worked in multiple departments including respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, neurology, nephrology, and neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). He has extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of children’s common, critical and complicated illnesses.

During her practice in the Capital Institute of Pediatrics, Dr. Li Jie served as Professor of Pediatrics for the Peking University Health Science Center and was accredited the title of “Excellent Teacher” of the Peking University. From 2001, she became a medical advisor for graduates and postgraduates. After that, she went to London and studied Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) practice at the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. After returning to Beijing, she joined Beijing United Family Hospital as a part-time pediatrician until today. Dr. Li Jie has organized and participated in a number of clinical research works and has published over 40 academic papers in Pediatrics. He has also helped compiled the book “Pediatric Disease Symptoms Diagnosis”.
